Curriculum

The eNovativePiano curriculum is built on a drill-application pairing. The drills, which provide foundational tools, are followed by practical applications such as reading, harmonization, improvisation, and other functional skills.  The pacing and sequence is progressive with concepts reinforced through media that appeals to and compliments different learning styles-visual, aural, tactile, and intellectual. Our materials are interconnected, ensuring effective transference of knowledge and a holistic learning experience.

The Preparatory Level has been created for students with no prior music knowledge, to provide the rudiments necessary for further piano study. Levels 1 and 2 build a solid foundation of fundamental technical skills, foster understanding of theoretical concepts as they relate to playing the piano, and cultivate musical expression. In Levels 3 and 4, the focus will be on developing more advanced coordination skills.
